The Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion shares resources to assist faculty and staff in keeping their online classroom experience inclusive and welcoming as the campus shifts during these challenging times.
ZoomBombing is a trending phenomenon with racists, misogynists and others spreading their vitriol on the Zoom platforms. Faculty and staff are encouraged to view the materials below in order to secure their meetings.
In the event a faculty or staff member has this experience they are asked to report it immediately to the hate and bias hotline at 205-348-BIAS (2427), or use the hate and bias reporting form.
Reports may also be made via phone to UAPD at 205-348-5454.
In addition to reporting via the UA System and police department, hate and bias internet incidents should be reported to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.
