Thank you for your interest in reserving the Intercultural Diversity Center for your event. Please fill out the IDC Reservation Form in its entirety and submit at least two weeks in advance of your proposed reservation date.
General Reservation Guidelines
- All reservation requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your event.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the request to be received and reviewed.
- If more details are needed or the space is unavailable, the IDC will contact you.
- Any changes made to the reservation must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours prior to the reservation beginning.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be submitted in writing 72 hours before the event start time to the departmental email: email@example.com.
